The March 2019 release of BuyerGenomics adds an exciting new dynamic personalization feature: AutoPilot Conversations.


AutoPilot Conversations

This feature allows users to design campaigns that respond to the customer’s interactions with an email - or with the brand as a whole. 

Conversations can be built using the “Add a Follow-up” button.

Users can use a variety of interactions to build their conversations with their customers.

  • Email Interactions:
    • Received; 
    • Opened;
    • Did Not Open;
    • Clicked; or
    • Did Not Click.
  • Brand Interactions:
    • Purchased; or 
    • Did Not Purchase.

Conversation flow is indicated by the Drop ID, for easy identification
